  1. SECURITY NOTE: Buyers must have current, valid, photo I.D. (Government issued I.D.) if requested by Site Manager or Auctioneer to enter site. BUYERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BID.
  2. METHOD OF PAYMENT: CASH ONLY! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS.
  3. NEW BUYERS: DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON FINAL BID. FULL PAYMENT of bid… SALES TAX… SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $40.00, or $100.00 OR MORE. (under 10×10 – $40.00, 10×10 or larger – may be $100.00 or more) If you do not have the total amount for payment of the unit, you cannot leave the facility grounds to obtain more money. Your bid will be voided, you will forfeit the unit, and it will be re-sold by the Auctioneer. NO EXCPETIONS!
  4. DEPOSITS: Are refundable only if units are cleaned out thoroughly and within allotted time. (Generally 24 hours) If not, buyer forfeits deposit and will not be accepted at any auctions in the future.
  5. SALES TAX: Applicable unless buyer shows auctioneer the original and gives clerk a copy of California State Board of Equalization seller’s permit, prior to payment.
  6. UNITS AUCTIONED ONE AT A TIME: Prospective buyers please view from doorway only. DO NOT GO INSIDE, OPEN BOXES OR TOUCH ITEMS. Take your time, but hurry up so the next person can view.
  7. YOU ARE BIDDING ON THE ENTIRE UNIT: All units sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, “IN PLACE”, and “WITH FAULTS”, (NO EXCEPTIONS). ALL SALES FINAL AND ABSOLUTE!
  8. WINNING BIDDER: On each unit, the buyer must immediately verify their final bid, by signing a Confirmation of Sales slip, and supply current phone number and mailing address.
  9. No items can be removed until end of auction. Everything in unit must be removed from site premises. NO USE OF SITE DUMPSTERS!
  10. You must have your own locks to protect your purchase. Few sites will loan you their lock.
  11. BUYERS: Must remove the entire unit contents and leave nothing behind at the site. (broom sweeping is appreciated) Most sites allow 24 hours for removal of purchased units. Please stop by and tell the site office on your last trip that the unit is clear. You are completely responsible for unit removal, not matter if you re-sell or sell back to the tenant. No third party sales at storage facilities. All items must be moved. Some sites offer great rental rates, just ask.
  12. AUCTIONEER: Will note if the site requests tenants personal papers and photo albums. State law requires all personal information to be destroyed by shredding or other method making such papers unreadable.
  13. AUCTIONEER: Reserves the right to refuse (not accept) any bid from any person who is disruptive, or has caused a problem for other facilities or at any prior auction.
  14. Unless otherwise noted, the facility management or owner may reserve the right to bid.
  15. LIABILITY: You are responsible for your own safety and those with you at all times while attending each auction. CHILDREN: Must be kept in hand at all times and not allowed to go near units or become a hindrance to other buyers. NO ANIMALS. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Many facilities are NON SMOKING.
  16. Per “California Commercial Code” 2328, Paragraph (2), Auctioneer’s decision is final in the event of disputed bids on bid closing!

Confidentiality
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Exclusions and Limitations

SELF STORAGE LIEN AUCTIONS

ANTES DE HACER UNA OFERTA PORFAVOR DE LEER CUIDADOSAMENTE

“Condiciones y Reglas de la Venta”

Primeramente GRACIAS por escojer nuestras Subastas.

Las reglas verbales dadas por el Subastador en cada facilidad, pueden agregar a o cambiar a lo siguiente:

1. Nota de Seguridad: Compradores deben tener identificasion actual y v�lida si es requerida por el encargado del sitio o el subastador para entrar al sitio. Los compradores deben ser de 18 a�os o mayor para hacer una oferta.

2. Forma de Pago: Solamente dinero en efectivo. Ningunos cheques o tarjetas de cr�dito seran aceptados.

3.  Nuevos Compradores: El pago debe ser pagado sobre la oferta final. Pago completo de la oferta�impuesto sobre venta�deposito de seguridad de $40.00, o $100 o m�s. (menos de 10×10- $40.00, 10×10 o m�s grande-$100.00 o m�s). Si no tiene suficiente dinero para el pago de la unidad, usted no podra salir de la facilidad para obtener m�s dinero. Su oferta sera anulada, usted perdera la unidad, y la unidad sera revendida por el Subadtador. NO HAY EXCEPCIONES!

4. Depositos: Son reembolsables solamente si las unidades se limipian a fondo y dentro del tiempo asignado. (Generalmente 24 horas). Si no, el comprador pierde el deposito y no ser� aceptado en ninguna otra subasta en el futuro.

5. Impuestos Sobre Venta: Son aplicables a menos que el comprador le demuestre al vendedor la copia original del permiso del vendedor de California State Board of Equalization, y le de una copia al vendedor. La copia se le debe dar al vendedor antes de dar algun pago.

6. Unidades subastadas uno a la vez: Aquellas personas que piensan comprar una unidad, porfavor de ver la unidad solamente de la puerta o de la entrada de la unidad. NO ENTREN, ABRAN CAJAS O TOQUEN ARTICULOS. Despues de ver la unidad, porfavor de moverse completamente para que la siguiente persona pueda ver la unidad.

7. Usted est� metiendo la oferta para la unidad entera: Todas las unidades son vendidas “COMO ESTAN”, “DONDE ESTAN”, “EN SU LUGAR”, y “CON FALTAS”. (NO HAY EXCEPCIONES). TODAS LAS VENTAS SON FINALES Y ABSOLUTAS.

8. Ganador de la oferta: Para cada unidad, el comprador inmediatamente debe verificar su oferta final, firmando el documento de Confirmacion de Ventas, y dar su n�mero de tel�fono actual y dirreccion de correo.

9. Ningun art�culo se pueden quitar hasta el final de la subasta. Todo en la unidad se debe quitar del sitio. �No debe de ver ningun uso de los contenedores del sitio para la basura!

10. Usted debe de traer sus propias cerraduras para proteger su compra.

11. Compradores: Deben quitar todos los contenidos de la unidad y no dejar nada en el sitio. (Se aprecia que barran con una escoba) La mayoria de los sitios le dan 24 horas para que quiten los contenidos de la unidad. Cuando termine de quitar todas las cosas de la unidad por favor digale a la oficina del sitio que la unidad ya esta limpia. Usted es completamente responsable de asegurar que la unidad este limpia, aunque se la venda a otra persona o al due�o original.

12. Subastador: Anunciara si el sitio pide los papeles personales y los �lbumes de fotos de los renteros de la unidad.

13. Subastador: Reserva el derecho de negar (no aceptar) cualquier oferta de cualquier persona que ha causado problemas en ese sitio, para otras facilidades, o en cualquier subasta anterior.

14. Por el “Codigo Comercial de California” 2328, Parafo (2), al final de las ofertas, la decisi�n del subastador es final en caso que las ofertas sean disputadas.

15. Responsabilidad: Usted es responsable de su propia seguridad y �sos que esten con usted en todo tiempo mientras atienda cada subasta. Ninos: Se deben mantener a su lado a todo tiempo. No permita que se acerquen a las unidades o que sean un obst�culo a otros compradores. NO ANIMALES. NO BEBIDAS ALCOLICAS. NO FUMAR.

16. A menos que se indique en forma diferente, la gerencia de la facilidad o el due�o puede reservar el derecho de hacer una oferta.
